CTK is a church plant. Therefore, it does not have a permanent governing structure.
In a Presbyterian church, that governing structure is called a session and is made up of ruling and teaching elders. Since the power to elect persons to exercise of authority in the congregation resides in the congregation, the congregation is the body that elects the men to serve on its session.
The process for doing this at CTK is set forth in our denomination's Book of Church Order (found here). We have prepared a summary of that process, with specific references to CTK's situation, in a document that can be downloaded by clicking here.
